The Amelia Auction by Broad Arrow is one of the premier collector car auctions in the country, bringing together some of the world’s finest automobiles and most passionate collectors. As Broad Arrow’s official streaming partner, Hildreth Media was responsible for producing and directing the auction’s in-person and online broadcasts, ensuring that every bid, every sale, and every moment of excitement was captured for audiences worldwide.
For this prestigious event at the Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island, Hildreth Media provided Direction, Technical Direction, Live Stream Encoding, Camera and PTZ Operators, and Audio, delivering a seamless, high-quality viewing experience. But our role didn’t stop there. While the main auction was streamed live, we also produced a separate auction show—a unique broadcast from the auction floor featuring real-time color commentary from car specialists, giving viewers inside knowledge on every vehicle hitting the auction block. This enhanced auction experience was streamed live on Samsung+ via the Hagerty TV channel, Tubi, YouTube, and Facebook, expanding the reach of the event to a global audience.
Additionally, Hildreth Media directed and led the in-house AV team, Encore, ensuring that both the in-person and live-stream productions ran flawlessly over two full days of auctions. Managing a production of this scale—where the stakes are as high as the bids—requires precision, coordination, and expertise, and we were proud to deliver an exceptional broadcast experience that matched the prestige of the Amelia Auction.
