With locations in over 15 countries, Hologic needed a way to communicate, educate and demonstrate to their more than 5,500 global employees. Together with Sefcik Productions, Hildreth Media Group directs and engineers multiple live town hall meetings several times a year. Hologic’s town halls typically include multiple presenters, PowerPoints, videos, demonstrations and Q&A. These live streamed town hall meetings allow employees to get firsthand knowledge of quarterly goals, financial overviews, valuable marketing messaging, new device education, etc.

Hildreth Media Group equipment includes a Blackmagic Design ATEM 1M/E Production Studio 4k video switcher, controlled using a Macbook Pro and an ATEM advanced panel. We have a single Panasonic HPX 250 camera, two Dell 2-in-1 touchscreen laptops for primary and backup PowerPoint. We use two confidence monitors, one on floor and another mounted just below camera lens. We have four LED stage lights for a nice, even stage wash and two 1×1 LED panels for rear rim lights. Audio includes a small Mackie 1604 mixer, four Shure wireless mics, QSC speakers and a dbx audio processor to assist with room EQ and mitigate any/all feedback. We always run a hardwire stick mic and place it at front of the stage. This hardwire mic is for crowd reaction as well as backup for any presenter if wireless signal is compromised. Projection is from Hologics in ceiling projectors and screens.
